Your Role And Responsibilities
As an infrastructure Field Marketing & Communication Professional, you’ll build go-to-market plans for the Americas to drive technology pipeline and revenue objectives based on a deep understanding of clients, partners and the local market.

Your Role And Responsibilities
As an infrastructure Field Marketing & Communication Professional, you’ll build go-to-market plans for the Americas to drive technology pipeline and revenue objectives based on a deep understanding of clients, partners and the local market.
The Infrastructure Marketer will help achieve the following objectives for the market he/she covers:
- Drive consideration and awareness: Develop deep understanding of client and partner audiences and proactively determine feedback on how to make IBM more competitive in market
- Grow IBM infrastructure pipeline for the Americas through sell-to / sell-through motions. Fluent in pipeline analysis and uses this to proactively own and execute omni channel journeys to drive quantifiable results (events, campaigns, digital, comarketing, etc.)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in support of IBM Infrastructure
- Deepen engagement with client and strategic partners. Strong understanding of client and partner audiences as well as competitors- constantly consuming both internal and external education to further understanding
- Drive client participation in marquis Americas events.
- Develop marketing strategies to progress pipeline across priority campaigns. Understands what makes for effective pipeline progression and actively drives programs that improve yield at scale
- Lead with Go-To-Market Expertise: Demonstrate effective execution of omnichannel journeys that support key initiatives. Actively providing feedback to broader team to make more impactful
- Collaborate with Sales, Clients, IBM Partners / Alliances and key internal stakeholders.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing and communications activities

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Field Marketing experience
- Experience in pipeline analysis to drive results across the marketing mix
- Experience in client and partner audiences, bringing insights from the field back to IBM
- Experience in developing marketing strategy and supporting marketing execution plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enterprise infrastructure experience
