Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze student reading and writing patterns using AI to develop breakthrough instructional strategies that transform English language acquisition and literary comprehension
- Design adaptive AI-powered tools that personalize grammar instruction, vocabulary development, and literary analysis for students across all proficiency levels
- Engineer dynamic learning pathways that continuously optimize each student's progression from foundational phonics to complex textual interpretation
- Collaborate with elite educators, linguists, and AI specialists to extend the boundaries of language education, directly enhancing thousands of students' learning trajectories
- Transform literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that both educate and inspire a genuine passion for reading and writing
- Managing conventional English curricula or administrative responsibilities—your focus will remain on innovation and strategic advancement within our accelerated learning model
- Working in isolation—you'll collaborate with our high-performing team dedicated to pioneering AI applications in English education
- Pursuing theoretical concepts without application—every AI model you develop will directly translate to measurable improvement in students' real-world language mastery

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum with proven impact on learning outcomes
- Functional coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience with AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning applications
- Proven capability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable educational insights
- Superior communication skills with ability to articulate complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders
