- The Field Service Technician is responsible for the overall support of the After-Sales Service provided to all Zeeco Combustion Systems within the (SITE).
- This support will include all preventative maintenance, emergency support, after-hours support, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hardware-based automation support, as well as commissioning support for all new and existing vapor recovery, combustion, and product loading equipment in on-shore and off-shore environments.
- High school, with a technical school certificate and/or courses in technologist or mechanical
- 5+ years' experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Intermediate/advanced English and/or Spanish (writing and conversation).
- Ability to solve problems.
- Desirable knowledge of combustion equipment
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Word skills with the preparation of detailed and organized technical reports.
- General understanding of computer networking applications.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and hardware trouble shooting.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, express the terminology, phrases and simple language necessary to communicate effectively.
- Electrical skills or at least three years of experience.
