Product Engineer

O PDL é responsável pela definição técnica do produto e viabilidade do processo, de acordo com a especificação do cliente, planejamento do programa, metas de qualidade e custos.

Aplica Os Padrões Do Grupo Seguindo o Faurecia Excellence System (FES) e Usa o Program Management System (PMS) Da Faurecia Para Orientar o Conceito e Detalhamento Do Projeto De Um Produto, Ferramenta E/ou Equipamento. As Principais Missões Da Função São

• Fase RFQ: analisar os requisitos do cliente, definir a melhor proposta Faurecia, realizar benchmark, coordenar o trabalho de previsão e CAD, criar DVP com especialistas e equipes de teste, criar o BOM inicial, validar as metas de desempenho do produto, envolver o nível 2 crítico.
• Durante o desenvolvimento:
• Liderar a revisão multifuncional
• Liderar o workshop VA/VE
• Validar a viabilidade dos conceitos de produto e processo, atualizar o DVP
• Gerenciar um Arquivo de Programa em Product Data Management (PDM), com todas as alterações de design, histórico de ECR.
• Gerenciar aspectos técnicos de um programa: preparar e atualizar outra documentação técnica relacionada ao programa; Garantir que o plano de convergência técnica atenda às metas de custo e qualidade do produto; Garantir que os prazos dos marcos técnicos do PMS sejam cumpridos; Gerenciar a definição de peças compradas (BOP) e garantir a integração técnica dos fornecedores, coordenar a gestão técnica dos fornecedores de ferramentas, contando com engenheiros e especialistas em processos/ferramentas.
• Estudo DFMEA principal
• Estabelecer e validar o plano de controle do protótipo
• Controlar o estudo de empilhamento de tolerância realizado pela equipe de CAD
• Durante a qualificação do produto:
• Analisar relatórios de teste e peças de validação do produto
• Verifique a confiabilidade das peças da Off Tools
• Estabelecer contato com o engenheiro industrial para que as características do produto e do processo estejam sob controle quando a produção for iniciada.
• Ele é a interface com a equipe de engenharia do cliente e obtém o acordo do cliente sobre o projeto.
• Ele pode fazer CAD 3D se necessário.
  
  

Qualificações

• Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia
• Experiência em Design & Desenvolvimento dentro de um ambiente industrial na indústria automotiva será um diferencial
• Conhecimento e experiência no processo de Gerenciamento de Projetos
